What is Chiropractic?

Chiropractic is one of the world’s largest forms of natural health care. It is all about addressing imbalances and interference to the nerve system, which is protected by your spine. Your nerve system includes your brain, spinal cord and all the nerves that extend out to the rest of the body.

Why is it important to have a well-functioning nerve system? There isn’t a single function in your body that isn’t controlled by your nerve system so any imbalance can lead to negative health outcomes.

Common problems that can arise from these imbalances include but are not limited to: low energy, body pain, limited or reduced mobility, poorly functioning organ systems, poor mental health, altered immunity, hormonal imbalances and more.

As chiropractors we are trained to specifically locate these areas of the spine that are imbalanced, which we call subluxations, via safe, gentle and effective adjustments to the spine. Here at The Chiro Hut we also integrate TBM, a form of kinesiology to take your healing to the next level as part of our holistic and well-rounded approach.

Golden Oldies

Studies show that chiropractic care can help reduce the risk of falls and improve spatial awareness and balance.

Children

It is much easier to grow healthy kids than to fix broken adults.

Tradies

Heavy lifting and long periods of time spent in physically taxing positions can significantly impact the structure and function of the spine.

Office Workers

“Tech Neck” is a huge issue and can result from long hours at a desk or using your devices.

And… anyone with a spine and nerve system!

Research tells us that when we adjust the spine, the brain has more accurate information about what is going on in the body, providing greater brain - body feedback and improving overall function.
